My name is Efe SARI.
I am a culinary student, but more importantly, I am someone who learns by doing.

I don’t see cooking as a final product.
For me, cooking is a way to understand ingredients, techniques, cultures, and myself.

I learn in three main ways:
by cooking, by researching, and by documenting what I discover through writing and video.

In the kitchen, I experiment.
I ask why things work the way they do, why certain techniques exist, and how small changes affect results.

Outside the kitchen, I read, compare sources, and take notes.
I try to understand food not only as a recipe, but as a system shaped by history, geography, and people.

This website is not a showcase of perfection.
It is a record of learning.

Here, I share my process:
the ideas that work, the mistakes that don’t, and the questions that lead me forward.

I am still at the beginning of my journey, but I believe that growth starts with curiosity, consistency, and honest work.
